Amy Coursen
Education Specialist
Awe for creation is behind all my work. Hearing children generate questions about science, seeing people light up in the outdoors, or having the time to create art, never gets old. I graduated from Cleveland State University with a concentration in Environmental Planning and Management and a minor in Ceramics. Since then, I have been blending the arts and sciences into teaching, creating, and designing.

Youth Leadership Board
The Youth Leadership Board is the driving force behind RevLove Farm's daily operations, engaging young adults ages 14 to 29 in true organizational governance. Participants take ownership by joining one of three working committees—Leadership, Storytelling, or Entrepreneurship—which actively guide the organization's decision-making, community communications, and retail markets.
Through this hands-on, student-guided model, youth gain essential project management and teamwork skills before officially transitioning off the board at age 30 to lead in the broader community.

Alfrie Hudson, President
Alfrie Hudson is a Graduate of Baldwin Wallace University and an Alumnus AmeriCorps VISTA. Alfrie has been in the world of human services her whole life. Born and raised in Chicago, she knows firsthand what it’s like to be homeless because she spent a portion of her youth living in shelters. Arriving in Cleveland as an adult, she lived at Laura’s Home for four months. From there she immediately began giving back to the community that helped her. Alfrie has committed to serving her community and promoting self sufficency.
Alfrie believes, “God reminds me that all it takes is for me to plant the seed; somebody else is going to come water it, somebody is going to fertilize it, somebody else is going to bring it sunshine and then somebody is going to watch it grow. It’s not important for me to see all the stages but just that I planted the seed.”
