Youth Workforce Development

Growing Cleveland's Next Leaders

More Than a Job

Our program empowers young people by combining hands-on agricultural work with essential life and career skills. Participants gain STEAM-focused career exposure through farming and food systems. They also build discipline and real-world skills through:

  • Professional Communication: Learning to communicate clearly and respectfully while building reliability and pride in their work.
  • Time Management & Accountability: Tracking hours, following schedules, and working collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

  • Project Management: Organizing initiatives from start to finish, including managing tasks and meeting deadlines for events and markets.

Year Round Team

For ages 18-30. Commit 10-15 hours per week supporting administration, coordination, and operations.

Project Based Team

For ages 16-24. Seasonal support from March to October focusing on farm production and special projects.

Summer Program

For ages 14-18. A 6-week intensive experience focused on agriculture and teamwork, paid through Youth Opportunities Unlimited.

Youth Board Committee

To further develop leadership skills, our Youth Board is organized into three working committees that guide the direction of RevLove Farm:

  1. Leadership Committee: Focuses on decision-making, planning, and accountability.

  2. Storytelling Committee: Manages social media, newsletters, and community communication.

  3. Entrepreneurship Committee: Handles retail, markets, and projects that generate income.
